Brad Pitt starrer Ad Astra has released and looks like it is a film to be watched in the theatres. Early reviews coming in from the audiences and critics are positive. Some are praising Brad’s performance while some are stunned with the visuals of the film. Some are even impressed with the storyline of Ad Astra. It’s about a son who investigates his father’s doomed mission that now possesses a threat to the solar system. Brad had been on his toes promoting Ad Astra and looks like his efforts have paved off.

Going by the Twitter reaction on the film, Brad’s performance in the film is something to look forward to. A user wrote, “Just watched Brad Pitt do something I haven't seen him do in years: make me forget it's Brad Pitt acting a role and just see a person go through shit. Great performance #AdAstra.” Another one said, “#AdAstra was absolutely astounding. Mesmerising visuals and another brilliant performance by Brad Pitt. Wish we got more films like this.” Some termed Brad Pitt’s performance as Oscar-worthy and some said that it is the best sci-fi film ever.






However, amidst the positive reviews, Ad Astra did receive a few negative reviews too. A user wrote, “#AdAstra was unfortunately what I feared. The film is technically impressive with its shots, cinematography, score and acting. However it's lacking something at the core that left me feeling hollow. For a movie that tries to be pretentious, it's offensively pandering #FilmTwitter.”


Well, whether Brad Pitt wins an Oscar or not for Ad Astra, only time will tell.
